Founder
Earl has over 25 years of experience in the field of sports medicine, working as both a licensed athletic trainer and massage therapist. He also holds certifications as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Corrective Exercise and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and Functional Movement Screening.
A graduate of the University of Michigan, with a degree in Movement Science from the Division of Kinesiology, while also working as a student athletic trainer with Michigan Football, Baseball, and Track & Field.
Earl has been featured in Massage Magazine, and has written the sports massage expert blog for Massage Magazine’s web site. His career has allowed him to work with athletes of all skill levels – from recreational runners to Olympic gold medalists.
His special focus in on running-related injuries through manual therapy, corrective exercise, running analysis, and running form coaching.

Eyvonne is a licensed massage therapist who specializes in sports massage and therapeutic massage for medical conditions. She has also been part of the massage therapy group in the University of Michigan Hospitals, where she provided in-patient massage services to clients with a wide range of medical conditions.
Eyvonne has taught massage therapy classes in: anatomy, sports massage, myofascial release, and neuromuscular therapy. She uses her broad range of knowledge to get your body moving quickly and effectively, so you can keep doing the activities you enjoy. Clients include marathoners, powerlifters, collegiate and Olympic swimmers, and Paralympic athletes.

Dani is an energetic and motivating personal trainer with a passion for all things health and fitness related. After competing in volleyball at the collegiate level, she focused on her family and raising her two children until they were in school full time at which time she turned her attention to the fitness world. Now as a certified personal trainer, she works with all ages and fitness levels with a “keepin’ it real” type of approach to fitness training. Dani runs our P3 program with a personal understanding of the challenges of getting back into shape after multiple pregnancies and doing it safely.

Elizabeth is a board certified and licensed massage therapist with a focus on therapeutic and sports massage. She was on the rowing team at Eastern Michigan University and is familiar with being in an athletic environment and the importance of a great recovery team.
Besides working at Performance Mechanics, Elizabeth also works at a physical therapy office where she primarily works alongside physical therapists with patients who have obtained injuries from auto accidents.
She has also been working with a professional football club to help with injury prevention and recovery. Prior to her massage career, Elizabeth worked in the mental health field for over 6 years as a recreation therapist and has a good understanding of the mind body connection.

He received his bachelors in Kinesiology at Calvin University, where he competed in cross country and track & field, before getting his masters in movement science from the University of Michigan.
Before Jacob’s current coaching position, he was a personal trainer at Ann Arbor’s YMCA seeing clients ranging in ages 13-83, coached University of Michigan’s Adaptive (paralympic) track & field team, and has been providing online training services at theendeavorclub.com since 2020.
Jacob’s training philosophy is underpinned by his formal education and diverse fitness experiences. His priorities are movement quality and functionality so that individuals are able to perform to the level that they want to perform whether that is carrying groceries or running an ironman.
